As data provider on the Xandr DSP platform Comscore returns page-level data as segments to the impression bus. Each impression including all matching segments is then forwarded to advertisers who are placing their bids applying their campaigns' targeting criteria.

This is how it works:
- The Xandr DSP Platform receives an ad impression
- Data providers receive impression including the referring URL
- Data providers append matching segments (such as an Agents ID or an IAB category) to the impression
- Advertisers receive incoming impression including segments, which are applied to campaign-specific targeting rules
- Advertisers return bid responses to the impression bus
- Xandr DSP determines the winning bid and delivers the associated creative
