Home Page:
On the Proximic Activation Platform homepage there are 3 main windows: Content, Audience and Inventory Quality (IQT). Within each window, you have the option to select “View All” or “Create.” Selecting “View All” will take you to the selected window’s homepage, where you can see your previously created custom segments or IQT reports. Within each of the three homepages, you can check the status of a segment, edit a segment, view the segment expiration date and check sizing. Please find more detail below:
Segment Status:
- Pending or Draft: Segment is in draft and has not yet been ordered
- In Progress or Segment Active & Data Processing: Segment has been ordered and the build is in progress
- Delivered or Segment Active & Data Live: Segment has been created and pushed to the downstream platform. Please note that it may take another 1 – 5 business days to surface in your seat depending on the platform.
Editing Segments:
Content Tab
Click on the segment name within the View All section of the Content tab.
Click the Edit button at the top of the page.
Audience Tab
Click on the segment name within the View All section of the Audience tab.
Click the blue Edit button at the bottom of the screen.
Expiration Date:
All custom segments will have an expiration date that is set when the segment is created. As your segment reaches the expiration date, you will receive an email to alert you that a segment is expiring, and you can extend the segment’s end date if needed.
Check Sizing:
The Activation Platform provides Instant Estimates to give you an idea of how scalable the custom audience is that you are creating.
Audience Tab Essentials:
The Audience Tab of the Activation Platform allows you to create ID-less AND ID-based segments based on the following criteria:
